When Air Force Veteran Troy Page found himself furloughed during the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided it was time to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and launch his own company. That’s what led Page and his wife, Niki, to open Fresh Coat Painters of State College. This new franchise serves the Centre and Juniata Valley regions of Central Pennsylvania
“Once I made the decision to open my own company, I wanted to offer a service where I could use my experience and training to fill a need and serve my community. Page and his wife are both veterans of the United States Air Force and met while serving at Spangdahlem AB Germany. They have proudly raised their family and have been part of the Mifflin County community for the last 19 Years. Page previously operated his own contracting company before taking on a position with a large industrial service and maintenance company. During this time, he earned the Project Management Certification from Penn State and his PMP credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI) before being furloughed. He chose Fresh Coat Painters because of the company’s focus on professionalism.
