The uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a lot of Americans to hunker down and go into survival mode, but for Alexandre Fonseca, it has had the opposite impact.
“When COVID-19 hit, I started to think about the future and what I wanted to do with my career, which led me to business ownership and franchising. I chose Fresh Coat Painters because of the company’s national focus on quality, customer service, and professionalism,” Fonseca said.
Fonseca announced the launch of Fresh Coat Painters of Muskegon on December 7. The new franchise brings professional, dependable painting, staining, coating, and repair services to Muskegon, Grand Haven, West Olive, Port Sheldon, Norton Shores, North Muskegon, and the surrounding areas. Fonseca is excited not only about owning a Fresh Coat Painters franchise, but becoming a local small business owner too.

“In addition to giving me an opportunity to raise the bar in the painting industry, Fresh Coat Painters allows me to become a bigger part of this community. My wife, Brianna, and I love the Muskegon area and are excited to part of the amazing growth this region is seeing,” Fonseca said. “Painting has the potential to rebrand a city, give a neighborhood a new look and bring color into people’s lives, making their homes and businesses unique and representative of their identity. We want to be the company that helps people bring new life into their homes and helps our community grow.”
